Privacy, in plain English
This page explains what happens to the information you share in the AI audit. It is run by Bridges, which hosts a network of free online groups on Meetup for people who want to use AI at work.
What we collect
Your answers to the audit, your first name and email, and your mobile number and website if you add them. We also note which group's page you used (or, on our role match page, the role, team size, hours and timing you picked and which ad brought you), how you found it (for example a link in a welcome message), your Meetup first name or member number if the link you followed carried them, when you took the audit, how long it took, whether you used a phone or a computer, and the internet (IP) address you sent it from, which we keep as a record of the choices you made. If you book a call, we record that too, with the time and anything you choose to tell us before the call.
Why, and on what basis
To show you your plan and email you a copy, and to prepare for a call if you book one: you asked for these, and we need your details to provide them. To send you invites to the group's free sessions: in the London group only if you tick the box, elsewhere until you unsubscribe. Texts only go out if you ticked a box to receive them, and you can withdraw that at any time. We also count anonymous page events, such as how many people finish the audit, to improve it; this is in our legitimate interest and does not identify you.
The AI note
If you run a business, your plan may include a short note written by an AI model. To write it, your first name, your answers and any goal you typed (never your email or phone) are sent to Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI. They process it for us and do not use it to train their models under their business terms.
Text messages
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent is collected only for Bridges and is not shared with anyone else. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, HELP for help.
Who handles it for us
Our customer system (GoHighLevel), our website host (Netlify), Calendly for bookings, Meta for ads measurement (in the London group and on the network-wide page only with your consent), and Anthropic or OpenAI for the AI note. They are based in the United States. Where UK law applies, the transfer relies on the safeguards these providers offer for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long
Up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then we delete it. Anonymous counts are kept longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, object to us using it, and withdraw any consent you gave. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and STOP ends texts. Email info@bridges-agency.com and we will do it. If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The audit has no login and sets no cookies of its own. In the US groups the pages use the Meta pixel, which sets Meta's cookies to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram; in the London group and on the network-wide page, only if you accept cookies in the banner (change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page). If the booking calendar opens, Calendly may set its own cookies; in the London group, Calendly asks first. Your browser also remembers two small choices on this device, which sculpture you prefer and which days of your 7-day plan you ticked; they are never sent to us.
Ads measurement
In the US groups we tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone finishes the audit or books a call, so we can see which ads bring people who find the audit useful. Meta receives that event with your email, phone and first name in scrambled (hashed) form, your IP address and browser details. We send no answers from the audit. In the London group and on the network-wide page, this happens only if you accepted cookies.
